Physical Analysis Laboratory
Physical analyses are performed to determine the compliance of the Import, Export and Special Request samples arriving at our laboratory with the Turkish Food Codex criteria. Our analyses are based on the Turkish Food Codex, TSE Standards, Foodstuffs Regulation, International methods (AOAC, FCC, etc.) and their up-to-dateness is constantly monitored.
In general, the food, food additives, flavors and their raw materials, feed and feed additive samples arriving at our Physical Analysis Laboratory contain;
Organoleptic Analysis (Physical properties such as color, taste, smell, appearance),
Foreign Matter in Cereals and Legumes, Analysis of Other Types of Grains,
Sieve Analysis,
Determination of Humidity,
Density Determination,
Determination of Soluble Dry Matter (Brix),
Refractive Index Determination,
Determination of Electrical Conductivity,
pH Determination,
Determination of Separable Flavor, Fruit Ratio
Determination of Foreign Matter
Physical analyzes such as are applied.
In addition, a Resistance to Sudden Temperature Change Test is performed on glass samples.
Our expert technical staff performs nearly 150 analyses in our laboratory in accordance with the legislation. Our main goal is to continuously increase the variety and quality of analyses in order to keep up with the rapidly developing food sector and to respond to customer demands quickly and accurately.
